Terms of use

1. What you are buying

A paid listing on whos1.lol is an advertising placement. Its position is determined solely by the total amount paid for that listing, as described in the rules. It is not a game of chance, an investment, a security, or a subscription. No prize is awarded and nothing is won.

2. Payments

Payments are processed by Polar, acting as merchant of record. Your contract for the payment itself is with Polar, and their terms and tax handling apply. We never see or store your card details.

3. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including when your listing is outbid, when it is removed for breaking the rules, and when it is removed at the request of the profile's owner. We will refund duplicate charges and payments that never appeared on the board.

4. Your content

You are responsible for what you submit. You confirm you have the right to promote the link you submit, and that it does not break the rules. We may remove any listing at our discretion.

5. Availability

The site is provided as-is, with no guarantee of uptime, traffic, clicks, or any commercial result. Click counts are a good-faith measurement, not an audited metric.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 30 days.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Changes are not retroactive — the terms in force when you paid govern that payment.
